Welcome to Ease Counseling

Offering telehealth in Oregon and in-person counseling in Bend and Redmond.

Ease as a verb does not mean easy. I like to think of it as gently easing into the real work of empowering you to connect with and live as your authentic self each day. I’m here to provide a non-judgmental, soft enough landing space for us to ease into facing what you identify as your needs and go at your pace with compassionate challenging along the way. At times there will likely be discomfort and that’s okay, we will sit with that too. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Many therapists will have a focus around diagnoses and/or symptoms. While those can be important parts of the therapeutic work and I have a variety of education, experiences, and training around those topics, my focus is on the people. I believe everyone deserves access to respectful, meaningful, and affirming care.

If you identify as a perfectionist, over-performer and/or people pleaser; LGBTQIA+; neurodivergent; are seeking gender affirming care; would like support in grief and loss; are questioning everything about yourself in the midst of perimenopause and/or menopause; have some life patterns you would like to shift; would like support around various relationship issues; and/or have personal, work, or medical trauma you would like to work through, we might be a good fit.
